Can BHD process every request 24/7?+
No. Our AI uses solutions developed, tested and validated in-house. Only compatible requests covered by the library can be automated. Custom and unsupported projects go to our calibrators during working hours.
Can I work with BHD from another country?+
Files and conversations are handled remotely in the professional platform. Wherever your workshop is, send vehicle details and your request; the team confirms what is possible for the project.
Can I request a custom file?+
Yes. Include the original, mechanical setup, fuel, goal and available logs. Our calibrators review specific requests.
Does the app work on phone and computer?+
The platform is a web app installable on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS through a compatible browser. Notifications require your permission.
How do I pay for files?+
File orders use prepaid credits. The applicable cost and terms are shown in your professional account before confirmation.
Where do I enter a Master ID for a non-BHD Slave?+
Choose Slave with chosen Master. The order form asks for the desired Master ID. This offer does not include the €150 in BHD credits included with the BHD Slave.
